- 本轉蛋之實體商品寄送地區僅限台灣，不受理海外地區之配送。您也可以改為填寫台灣的轉運服務地址。
- 同一轉蛋中之實體商品中獎者，無論相同帳號或不同帳號，若為同一收件地址和收件人，平台將盡可能包裝於同一份包裹中郵寄。
- 本轉蛋活動為機會中獎，活動期間、開獎方式、轉蛋內容及各獎項獲獎機率皆如轉蛋頁面顯示，請詳閱說明後再進行消費。點選「轉1次」或「轉10次」後，系統將自動進入抽獎程序。
- 為保護平台及偶像著作權益，請勿將轉蛋內影音內容截圖或螢幕錄影，若您於轉蛋過程中開啟手機螢幕錄影導致APP呈現黑畫面，此為版權保護措施。若偶像同意開放下載轉蛋圖片，則數位收藏夾內之數位圖片右下方將顯示下載圖示，即可合法下載該圖片。
- 若商品主圖右下角顯示「蒐集冊」圖示，則代表集滿該轉蛋收藏照後，即可於蒐集冊內點選展開圖片並將該蒐集冊內任一寫真設為APP開啟畫面，或是該兜圈的APP聊天室背景。
- 得獎者不得要求將獎品兌換為現金或其他等值商品。
- 若此轉蛋為統一開獎，您將可在開獎時至通知確認您的轉蛋結果。
- 您可能在轉蛋中獲得可參與實體／線上活動的序號或實體商品，該序號及商品皆由該轉蛋之兜圈負責兌換與寄送，若無法正常使用或未在期限內提供給您，請您自行與該兜圈之管理者聯繫，本平台概不負責。

- The products cannot be delivered overseas. We only provide deliver domestically (Including Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu) for gashapon merchandising. You can also provide domestic ransshipment service address.
- If there are multiple winners of physical items from the same gacha machine, regardless of whether they are from the same account or different accounts, and they share the same shipping address and recipient, the platform will do its best to package them together in the same parcel for shipping.
- This gacha activity is a chance-based lottery. The duration of the activity, method of drawing, gacha contents, and the probability of winning each prize are all as indicated on the gacha page. Please read the instructions carefully before making a purchase. After selecting "Spin 1 Time" or "Spin 10 Times," the system will automatically enter the lottery process.
- To protect the platform and the intellectual property rights of the idols, please do not take screenshots or screen recordings of the video content within the gacha. If you start a screen recording on your phone during the gacha process and the app displays a black screen, this is a copyright protection measure. If the idols consent to make gacha images available for download, a download icon will appear in the lower right corner of the digital image in the digital collection folder, allowing you to legally download the image.
- If the main image of a product displays a "Collection Book" icon in the lower right corner, it means that after collecting all the images from that gacha, you can select and expand any of the photos in the collection book to set it as the app's opening screen or as the background for the app's chatroom.
- Winners may not request to exchange their prizes for cash or other equivalent items.
- If this gacha uses a unified draw system, you will be able to check your gacha results at the time of the draw through the notification.
- You may receive a serial number or physical item from the gacha that allows participation in physical/online events. The redemption and shipping of the serial number and item are the responsibility of the gacha organizer. If you experience any issues with usage or if the item is not provided within the stipulated time, please contact the organizer directly. The platform will not be responsible for these matters.
- The gacha items are digital products provided by the Dolfan platform. In accordance with the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Remote Transactions" regulations, the 7-day cooling-off period and refund/cancellation policies do not apply. - You can purchase Gacha products through third-party platforms such as Apple and Google, but the third-party platforms are not a sponsor of the Gacha products. All Gacha products are not related to the third-party platforms, and be in compliance with the purchase and selection rules in the product description and precautions.
