購買、取消與付款

  3. 您得在訂單尚未進入出貨程序前取消訂單。
  4. 您所訂購的所有商品或服務,關於其品質、保固及售後服務等,都是由各該商品或服務的原廠、代理商、進口商、經銷商或服務提供者,依照其所制定的條件,負責對您提供品質承諾、保固及售後服務等,若因線上消費產生任何疑問或爭議,本平台將不負擔任何責任。
 

商品出貨與配送

  1. 除預購商品外,所有訂單皆會在成立後1~3個工作天內出貨,並可能依您選擇的配送方式(宅配/超商取貨)及配送地區有所不同,請在訂單成立後至訂單的運送狀態查詢即時貨態。
  2. 商品可配送台灣本島、離島地區及部分海外地區,可配送地區可能因各商品不同,請在訂購時確認後再進行下訂。
  3. 寄送至中國大陸地區須注意:
    (1)若商品總價值超過800RMB,海關很可能不會放行,建議以下兩種寄送方式:將訂單拆分成每一筆訂單總金額800RMB以內再進行結帳付款,或請集運代收,並填寫集運業者指定的台灣收件資料,到貨後由集運處理後續寄送至中國大陸地區的手續。
    (2)因中國海關不放行的機率較高,非寄送方可控制,若因海關或其餘不可控因素被退貨,本平台將退還商品金額,但不會退還運費或協助補寄。

    (3)若下單視同您已完整理解以上購買風險,並同意本平台的處理方式。

退貨退款須知

  1. 依照消費者保護法規定,您享有商品貨到日起七天鑑賞期的權益,若您不滿意收到的實體商品,您可於取貨七天內申請將該實體商品退回,並將商品寄至指定地址,供本平台確認您所退回的商品為全新且完整包裝的狀態,並保持商品本體、配件、贈品、保證書、原廠包裝及所有附隨文件或資料的完整性,切勿缺漏任何配件或損毀原廠外盒,否則本平台得拒絕接受您的退貨退款要求。
  2. 實體商品退貨退款時,將不會退還原始訂單寄出時之外加運費。
  3. 數位商品不適用七天鑑賞期,若您購買的商品為數位商品,您在下單購買前應審慎詳閱商品說明並確認商品內容,確有購買之需求及意願時始下單購買,以免造成困擾及損失。
  4. 您同意並了解,若因您要求退貨,或因其他因素導致您全部或部分之訂單因故解除或失其效力而需辦理退款事宜時,Dolfan平台得代您處理發票或折讓單等相關法令所要求之單據。
  5. 您同意並了解,若對滿額折扣商品進行退貨退款:
    • 若退貨後訂單已不符合滿額折扣門檻,將於退款時回扣原訂單折扣金額全額
    • 若原訂單符合滿額折扣門檻,將於退款時依該退貨商品金額比例回扣折扣金額
 Purchase, Cancellation, and Payment
  1. You agree that the product name, specifications, price, content, and other related information displayed on the Dolfan platform's product transaction page are part of the contract between you and the company, and you agree to place orders based on the quantity and price confirmation mechanisms provided by the platform. Once you complete the ordering process on the Dolfan platform according to the specified methods, conditions, and procedures, it indicates that you are making an offer and agree to order the product or service according to the terms of this agreement and the transaction conditions or restrictions specified on the relevant webpages. If there are changes to your stored information, such as address or phone number, you must promptly notify the Dolfan platform to assist with the necessary adjustments. You may not deny the order or refuse payment due to discrepancies in the information.
  2. The Dolfan platform's marketplace uses third-party payment services and currently supports two payment methods: credit card and convenience store cash on delivery. If you choose to pay by credit card, the Dolfan platform will not be legally responsible for any disputes that arise between you and the issuing bank. The Dolfan platform will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result.
  3. You must cancel the order before it enters the shipping process.
  4. All products or services you order are subject to quality, warranty, and after-sales service provided by the original manufacturer, distributor, importer, or service provider, according to their specified terms. The platform will not be responsible for any issues or disputes arising from online purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
  1. Except for pre-ordered items, all orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your selected delivery method (home delivery/convenience store pickup) and delivery location. Please check the order's shipping status for real-time updates after the order is confirmed.
  2. Products can be shipped to Taiwan's main island, offshore islands, and certain overseas regions. The availability of delivery locations may vary depending on the product. Please confirm the delivery areas during the ordering process before placing your order.
  3. Please note when shipping to Mainland China: If the total value of the goods exceeds 800 RMB, customs may likely reject the shipment. It is recommended to use one of the following two shipping methods:
    (1)Split the order into separate transactions, each with a total value of 800 RMB or less, and then proceed with checkout and payment.
    (2)Use a consolidation service and provide the specified Taiwanese shipping information to the consolidation provider. After the goods arrive, the consolidation service will handle the subsequent shipping procedures to Mainland China.
Return and Refund Policy 
  1. According to consumer protection laws, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the physical product, you may apply to return the product within 7 days of receipt and send it to the designated address. The platform will verify that the returned product is in new and complete packaging, including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty certificate, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials. Please ensure that no accessories are missing and the original box is not damaged; otherwise, the platform may refuse to accept your return and refund request.
  2. When returning a physical product for a refund, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
  3. Digital products are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period. If you purchase a digital product, you should carefully read the product description and confirm the content before placing an order. Ensure that you have a genuine need and intention to purchase to avoid any inconvenience or loss.
  4. You agree and understand that if you request a return, or if your entire or partial order is canceled or rendered invalid for any other reason and requires a refund, the Dolfan platform may handle invoices or credit memos and other documents required by relevant regulations on your behalf.
  5. You agree and understand that if you return or request a refund for a discounted item purchased with a minimum purchase requirement:
  • If the order no longer meets the minimum purchase requirement for the discount after a return, the full amount of the original discount will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the original order meets the minimum purchase requirement for the discount, the discount amount will be proportionally adjusted based on the value of the returned item at the time of the refund.
